Mr. Fonseca is a USA Licencse Certified Cycling Coach and is currently working with several elite and non-elite athletes to help them reach their next level of performance. His coaching style is solely based on performance assuring his athletes gurantee results.
His coaching is based on a QUADRUM TRAINING PLATFORM:
There are several factor that are unique to to each component on his QUADRUM Training Plaform but he place most emphasys to the following factors in each of the components on his QUADRUM:
Mr. Fonseca is a two times Florida State Road Champion and has participated in several interantional races all over the world.
His main goal as a coach is to seek his athletes continuasly improve their performance. Always seeking that next level.
