Asheville, NC is home base for many great US cyclists. When you realize all the great things that Asheville has to offer to cyclists, you will understand why. There are great roads to ride your bike, incredible panoramic views, great accommodations, and countless activities for you and you family to enjoy such as fishing, canoeing, hiking, shopping, dining, and historical places to visit, such as Biltmore Estates.

When you join us in Asheville you will get inspired to reach your next level of fitness. Our six (6) day cycling camp, in Asheville, is specifically designed to provide you with a bike ride of a life time, “countless sceneries roads, great challenging climbs, a coach to help you all away throughout the camp”, and more. During the 6-day camps we challenge you with some long rides through a beautiful landscape of hills, lakes, ranches, and some private estates.

When you choose to join us at one of our camps, you will soon learn that these camps are not just about riding your bike, but they are also designed to provide you with knowledge on tactical training, fundamental skills, and overall great entertainment in a friendly atmosphere.

• Additional activities at no cost:

o Visit to Chimney Rock: An elevator inside the mountain or a network of stairs and boardwalks takes you to 315 ft Chimney Rock and the amazing 75-mile views of Hickory Nut Gorge, Lake Lure and the Carolina Piedmont. With five unique hiking trails, the Park has something for everyone.

o Fishing, hiking, Water rafting (tubes) along the river next to our cabin.

Monday

3:00 pm: Lodge Arrival, registration, bike assembly,
7:00 pm: Dinner and presentation of the camp.

Tuesday

7:00 am: Breakfast
9:00 am: Fitness test, Lactate Threshold lab test / Strength Training.
1: 00 pm: Lunch break 3:00pm: Easy riding.

Wednesday

7:00 am: Breakfast
9:00 am: Fitness test on the road using power meters.
1:00 pm: Lunch Break 3: Technical training

Thursday

7:00 am: Breakfast
10:00 am: Challenging ride. The Ring of fire
2:00 PM Lunch Break

Friday

7:00 am: Breakfast
9:00 am: Long 70-mile ride
2:00 pm Lunch break

Saturday

7:00 am: Breakfast
9:00 am: Challenging Ride
12:00 pm: Lunch
6:00 pm: Farewell Dinner
