You choose.The coach will outline the major aspects of your workout  each month On weekly basis your coach will review your personal data files and will make updates accordingly.Athlete’s initiated 30 minutes phone conversation each week..Athlete’s initiated one weekly email. Incorporate speed , strength, flexibility training part of your workouts
